Pricing for the Citation Economy
We price admissibility and enforcement, not seat licenses. Compare Visibility, Compliance, and Trustee below — then request vault access to scope sector, entity band, and integration class before final pricing.
Public table shows capability fit first. Exact commercial terms are finalized after qualification.

Enforcement Utility (Forensic): Stripe invoices show Deterministic Enforcement Actions: [Quantity] @ $0.05 — usage records attach to each ifq_validation_event. The metered fee bills documented gate outcomes (receipts), not raw model spend. Trustee commit Merkle batches and planned egress batch sealing are platform architecture and operator rollout items (internal egress annex); they are not priced per line on the same metered SKU. Sealed outcomes are designed to be defensible in audit — counsel for jurisdictional claims.
Technical moat
Risk-adjusted enforcement, not seat licenses. The boundary is priced so clients pay for admissibility and regulated endpoints, not dashboard seats.
- Implicit deterministic gateway — IFQ blend weights, sovereign regex, and hard-token logic stay on the server; governed egress uses strict JSON and fail-closed validation (e.g. agent DB tool: no client-supplied isolation subject; the key-bound organization is the isolation boundary). Patent pending (US Prov. App. No. 63/XXXXX — keep claims aligned with what is actually filed).
- Identity-bound sovereign mapping — enforcement keys carry a tenant organization_id (Phase 1.5 migrations); provisioning and egress checks resolve the sovereign subject from auth context, not from an unconstrained client field.
- Merkle-chained Trustee commits + egress integrity SLOs — commit receipts can be exported with Merkle proofs from sealed batches. Egress integrity evaluation ships with 90s / 300s staleness targets and backlog rules in code (Annex draft thresholds); continuous egress batch sealing against live telemetry is operator rollout + migrations (0092+), not implied as finished in every environment.
| Sovereign Audit Services (Project-Based) | Qualification |
|---|---|
Standard Integrity Verification (up to 5 AI vectors) Shadow-AI vector mapping, board-level integrity report, 12-month sovereign-anchor roadmap — aligned with commit-boundary and Merkle receipt patterns where BiDigest has sealed material for your engagement. | Scoped quote after intake Start scoped qualification → |
Institutional Integrity Reconstruction (6–20 AI vectors) Deep-dive trajectory export, adversarial induction, and reconstruction against Merkle-sealed Trustee commit batches where applicable — not a generic narrative-only PDF. | Scoped quote after intake Start institutional qualification → |
Qualification first: fee structure is issued after scope validation and procurement context.
